Background
Redesign and rebuild of the Registered Accommodation Association of Victoria (RAAV) website to improve usability, content structure, and member engagement.
The project focused on delivering a clean, modern association website designed specifically for rooming house owners and operators across Victoria. The new site improves navigation and access to licensing information, resources, training, and industry updates, while clearly supporting RAAV’s advocacy and membership objectives.
Approach
Key features include online membership sign-ups for Full and Associate members, secure Stripe payments with Xero API integration, and a membership website structure with a secure members-only login area for exclusive resources. The build also includes contact forms for enquiries, CMS tools for managing committee information and site content, two-factor authentication for admins, and a platform upgrade from PHP 7.4 to PHP 8.4.

The result is a scalable, secure membership website that supports growth, improves access to information, and provides a strong foundation for future development.
