Living Edge Rental is Australia's premier furniture rental company, providing furniture rental services for international relocations, property developers / real estate agents, and emergency furniture to people affected by natural disasters.
Background
Living Edge Rental wanted its website redesigned to provide detailed information on a wide range of services that would be easily found by each user type. It was also important for the content to be readily indexed by the major search engines.
The website needed to visually highlight the high quality furniture provided by Living Edge Rental, evoking strong emotional reactions to users of the website.
The Approach
We achieved a striking result with the right combination of copywriting, photography, graphic design and website development. Alongside the website we also built a tool for iPads that allows Living Edge consultants to showcase their product ranges and provide feedback on the type of furniture installations that their clients like so that they could put together more accurate client briefs.
The Results
The new website provides simple minimal layouts with photo galleries to showcase Living Edge Rental furniture. Information is categorised for each audience type with strong “calls to action” for users to contact sales staff.
The owners of the site now receive detailed information to help them better understand traffic sources and build upon opportunities to contact new customers.
