Remunerator is a privately-owned Australian company with a 20-year history of providing novated lease and salary packaging services.
Background
There is a long-standing history of collaboration between Remunerator and Digital Bridge. We have managed many different incarnations of the website, as well as all online reports, mobile applications and digital communications for the company for over ten years.
In early 2015 we took on a project to make the website more mobile friendly and better highlight Remunerator's core services of Novated Leasing and Salary Packaging for customers.
The Approach
The current Remunerator website design includes several interactive elements, such as a novated lease calculator, which allows users to calculate their approximate savings based on salary, choice of new car and distance travelled.
This allows customers to quickly see the benefits of Remunerator's offerings and provides the ability to very easily make contact with a customer service team member.
The Result
The result is a highly responsive and functional website for users on-the-go, matched with personalised and time-efficient SMS and email communications to ensure customers are always aware of the status of their remuneration packaging servies.
