Meet Momsense - the smart breastfeeding meter. Providing Australian mothers with real-time knowledge of their baby’s milk intake and breastfeeding habits.

Background

The Australian version of the Momsense website was launched by two Melbourne women who had experienced first-hand the benefits of using the Momsense meter while breastfeeding their own babies.

Previously available for purchase through a US website, the women saw an opportunity to make the Momsense meter more easily available to Australian mums, so they too could benefit from knowing exactly how much milk their babies were consuming.  

Approach

Using the US Momsense site as a guide, Digital Bridge created an Australian version of the site for the new distributors and customised it for the local market. The design of the Australian site was loyal to branding, style, colours and imagery of the US site, but with slight yet pertinent changes to layout, navigation and content.

A Stripe payment gateway was added to enable easy and secure orders through the site, and a content management system was built so that site administrators could easily manage the site after it was launched.

Additional resourses such as tutorial videos and links to the Momsense App were also made available on the Australian site.

Result

The Australian incarnation of the Momsense site is a beautiful and clean platform which allows the core product - the revolutionary breastfeeding meter - to speak for itself.

How the product works is easy to understand and purchasing it through the site is just as easy, because as a new mum, who has the time for anything else?
